I didn't know what the difference would be from the hand version but I figured the feet one should be even stronger. The hand one is very good especially if you put in on more than just at bedtime, but I never seem to remember. So I thought I would try the feet one. It WORKS EVEN BETTER! It's not any more tacky & is more waterproof, so now I use for BOTH hands & feet. Winner!UPDATE: Best Thing I've Found IN COMBO w/O'Keefe's Feet Cream (stronger than hand version & more waterproof)!!!. Lanolin (Anhydrous Lanolin Pharmaceutical Grade Sold by: Koru Naturals) very sticky but only use a TINY amount/layer, then put a layer of O'Keefe's over it, which eliminates most of the stickiness & cuts down on the lanolin odor. I have a moderate nose (not super sensitive) & the lanolin does have a slight odor of sheepskin like slippers/rug but is not that bad & using the O'Keefe cuts it down to faint, works unless have a very sensitive nose. It is still just slightly tacky for a few minutes, but I'm able use it anytime. If it bothers you, use just before bedtime.FYI: I bought Package of 6 for $14.63 ($8.48 + 6.15 s/h) from HeredomUS.Received one 3.2 oz O'Keefe's Healthy Feet & one 3.4 oz O'Keefe's Working Hands?! Called seller directly, seller never received emails (will look into that). Was able to work out a solution to problem. Lost 1 Star d/t hassle & because I had to negotiate a solution rather than the seller offering one.
