It took 16 days to arrive. Out of four chairs I ordered, two plastic covers were broken or scratched. One set of screws is missing. The screw bag is cut open and empty, seems to me like a return from others. The chair looks ok. Wheel moves are not very smooth.Update: I'm taking one star off. The replacement just arrived. One of the two covers is again scratched! Can't imagine how this business is sustainable.
