5 stars ? ? all the way. I love my new shoes. They are very supportive. I just got new orthotics from my podiatrist and will be wearing them together even tho the she is super comfy without them.I love these shoes. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and I have to be really selective with my shoe choices now. I needed a work shoe I could wear to the office. After a year and a half at home due to the pandemic, I couldn't wear slippers all day anymore! I'm surprised at how solid, supportive and how light they are. This stability is super important if you have balance issues like me. They come with multiple spacers and removable arch support, so you get get the fit just right for your feet. They are deep to accommodate your custom inserts.I bought a half size up because I wear thck cushioned socks. I didn't need to because the shoe material is a little stretchy. It's a thick Neoprene material, like a wetsuit. Very ingenious material choice. I don't have to worry at all about rubbing a blister in these shoes. I've never owned Velcros before, but I do not miss tying my shoes, I have bad fingers as well. They are not gorgeous, but look good enough with pants and they are easy to clean just wipe with a wet cloth and they look like new. The shoe is true to size and width.There is so much to like about these. They are more than worth every penny. I will order another pair or maybe two just so I will have these on my feet for years. to come. I will not hesitate to try other OrthoFeet models as well.The shoes were too big and roomy for me so I returned them. The material was not what I expected. A very pliable knit material. Good for bad foot issues and swelling.Feels good on my feet I get about a year out of them everytime. My arch is extremely low and I stand on my feet all day. These work nicely. Only complaints are they are ugly lol. And the top is kind of a cloth material. So they are good for standing on your feet all day! But not very durable for a lot of outside use.These are comfortable. I put the extra arch support in and my feet relaxed into them. I would recommend them to everyone with issues in their feet.They are much warmer on my feet than I expected.First I want to say “Thank you” Orthofeet because of these shoes I can walk post foot surgery. I was Skeptical about if these shoes would work post surgery so I bought walking boot casts too just in case. Needless to say I sent the walking boots back!!! I had very painful reconstructive surgery on both feet, and needed a shoe to wear when I returned to work. I was very scared to put my feet into a shoe that was too tight. I found these and they are exactly what I needed. These shoes ARE EXPENSIVE but worth every penny. Trust me if you have bad feet; bunions, hammer toe, post foot surgery or just tired of your feet hurting, these are the shoes for you. They are super comfortable, with wide toe box and you can get them in all sizes and widths. They are very stable to walk in even if you aren’t. Yes they are kinda ugly but who cares if it gives you freedom back and allows you to walk. I normally wear a women’s 11.5 narrow but I ordered 11.5 normal just in case and they fit perfectly. The shoes come with extra insoles if you need to build up but if you need to.I ordered this product but returned it What I loved about it was that they came with good insoles, and two extra insoles for each shoe to make it fit. It was very comfortable to stand on. I have small ankles and a spread in my toes due to Morton's Neuroma. Thus, the heels were too wide but the toe box was great. I sent this back and have ordered a pair with shoelaces, that should help me mitigate the heel problem. I came right back to the Orthofeet page to order more. I love what they do with the brand, it just didn't work for my heel. It is very hard for me to find shoes that work, but I decided the brand is great. I'll let you know how the shoes with laces work. I think the side Velcro on this didn't provide the stability that laces will.
