I ordered this duo because my hands and feet have become ruined working as an RN. The hand cream has really improved the skin and moisture on my hands and the foot cream helps with dryness and calluses. Great to use no matter what your occupation. I also use regular hand cream as maintenance.I Love o’ Keene foot cream. It really helps you feet from being so dry and cracked.A little expensive for such a little jarI like the product for hands so I bought the product for feet. I compared the ingredients of the two products and they appear to be the same.This is the best moisturizer for your cracked dry hands ever. I’ve worked in a grocery store for years and work with breaking down cardboard boxes for the most of it. O’keefs is the best there is out there to help with cracked dry skin. I have to say that even when I’ve had open cracked skin it only takes a day or two at the most to heal your skin. This stuff is amazing!My hands and tips of fingers get badly cracked in the winter time. They even bleed at times. Very painful. Even when I wear thick gloves. I live in Ohio where the winters aren't too brutal but it can still get extremely cold at times. The cracks are painful on the tips of my fingers and I get other cracks on my hands and fingers. It's so bad I have a hard time washing my hair or doing anything without a ton of Band-Aids. But after one or two days of using this cream my hands are soft. Painful cracks have disappeared. This works like no other hand cream and I have tried them all. The "Healthy Feet" work great too. But I wish it would soften my painful calluses more.I liked the way it keeps my feet soft !!Working on the farm makes hands and feet dry, rough, chapped, and cracked. We've tried many lotions, creams, oils, salves...but nothing has compared to O'Keefe Worrking Hands and O'Keefe Working Feet!!! It is simply the best, and I hope to never be without them again.Works wellUsed on hands and feet, never noticed any scent, did help my skin.It’s WATER base... if you read ingredient which I made the mistake of not reading it says “aqua” which means ppl with really bad dry skin it won’t work... it needs to be oil based ...Does what it says my Hans are very dry andThis did the jobWon't be with out this cream anymore, does exactly what it saysIt is very good
